well-equipped apartmentconvenient locationwelcome amenities
I stayed for a week and appreciated the well kept facilities. the apartment had two bedrooms, it was fully equipped with everything needed (towels and cosmetics were included). fruits and water awaited us on arrival. the hotel is near four different restaurants. This made dining out convenient.
the gym didn't open until later in the morning, which wasn't ideal.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. This contributed positively to our experience. the restaurant staff offered prompt and attentive service during meals. they were always trying to help and to offer you a wondeful stay.

The rooms were cleaned daily. wifi worked perfectly. the staff was super friendly. the location is good. I found the bus stop nearby convenient for accessing the harbour and airport. friendly cats roamed around the hotel area. I thought that was sweet.
the corridors carpet had some stains, though it was not a major issue.

the reception staff assisted quickly with check-in. the restaurant staff were always attentive during meal times. i noticed they cleared tables efficiently. the housekeeping team ensured the rooms were well-kept daily. they were always helpful.

The hotel is within a 15-minute walk to the harbour. i noticed a bus stop very close bywith easy access to nearby attractions. several restaurants are within walking distance. This made dining out very convenient, though it was not always necessary.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was fine. i also appreciated the complimentary bottle of cypriot wine. the rooms were comfortable even if there was no sea view!!!

I found a fruit plate and water waiting in my room! The restaurant offers a diverse selection of foods and drinks. I enjoyed playing snooker , such a fun activity to have available right at the hotel.
I found the walls between rooms offered little sound isolation. This resulted in disturbances when neighbors were active.

the breakfast had a huge variety of food it was excellent. i especially liked the omelettes they were great. the staff was polite i appreciated their friendliness. the location of the hotel is really good free parking spaces were available.
the pool water for the main pool turned green i was concerned. it lasted for a couple of days then the pool water was back to being clear and blue. the children's pool had leaves in it constantly it did not appear clean.

The staff was very helpful. They provided great service. They upgraded my room for free. The dinner was nice and the staff was very friendly.
The dryer did not work well. It gave damp clothes back. The hotel is dated. The furniture needs updates.
